Pre-Launch Terms

These terms apply only to this FANOUZ pre-launch information website and its non-binding expression-of-interest list. They are not terms for a future released social platform.

1. Nature of the service

FANOUZ is developing a talent-discovery community. Joining the waitlist is free and gives no guaranteed date of admission, product availability, creator earnings, business deal or paid opportunity. Described LIVE, creator and commerce features are plans, not services currently offered by this site.

2. Age and information

Only adults aged 18 or older should submit the early-access form. Provide accurate contact information you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful material, personal information of others without authority or sensitive financial information in forms.

3. Business enquiries

Business registration expresses interest only. It does not create agency, partnership, employment, endorsement, commission, exclusivity or a binding commercial agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The FANOUZ brand, visual identity and site materials are reserved to their respective rightsholders. You may browse and share links, but not claim ownership of the site or represent an affiliation without permission.

5. Availability and external links

Site availability may change during pre-launch. External websites linked for reference have their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy and changes

See the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion pages. We will publish new, appropriate terms before launching any account-based social, payment, subscription or LIVE service.
