Account Deletion & Data Removal
You can ask FANOUZ to remove your pre-launch registration details or, once accounts exist, request deletion of an associated social-app account. You do not need to log in to use this page.
Last updated: 3 November 2026 · Public link intended for Google Play and FANOUZ privacy requests.
What can you request?
- Remove my waitlist registration: erase your name, contact details, creator/fan/business category and any optional information supplied to the launch list.
- Delete my FANOUZ account: for future released app accounts, request deletion of your login/profile record, associated personal content and linked personal data when no longer required. This cannot be automatically carried out before the app backend exists.
- Withdraw promotional consent: stop optional emails and/or texts, with limited suppression information retained where needed to honour your request.
- Other privacy requests: access or correct information via our Privacy Contact page.
Submit a deletion request
Enter either the email address or phone number used with FANOUZ. If you use a different contact channel, explain this in the notes. Never submit a password, payment-card number or identification document in this form.
What is deleted?
For an eligible pre-launch request, we will remove the corresponding early-access record, associated profile/interest details and optional promotional permissions from active systems under our control. When an actual app exists, eligible deletion should also cover identifiable account details and content controlled by FANOUZ, subject to legal limitations and properly scoped backup deletion.
What may be retained and why?
- A minimum unsubscribe/suppression record to ensure marketing does not restart.
- Records legally required for tax, accounting, financial regulations, fraud prevention, security incidents, dispute resolution or legal claims, limited to the justified purpose and period.
- Limited records of the request and our response, where needed to demonstrate compliance.
- Backup copies until routine overwrite or secure disposal, with restoration controls where technically required.
We do not treat account deactivation as account deletion. The actual retention basis and time periods are described in our Privacy Policy; future app-specific records require a policy update before app launch.
What happens next?
After a request is successfully recorded, the operator reviews your request, may verify ownership of the supplied address or number, checks for lawful exceptions and completes appropriate deletion. Applicable UK/EU GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Other jurisdictions may have different deadlines. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we will explain why and provide an appropriate complaint route.
For the released app: Google Play requires a working external webpage like this as well as an in-app deletion option; Apple also requires account deletion to be initiated inside the app. The in-app workflow and backend deletion must be implemented and tested before store release.

Use our public privacy contact form. No login is required. These forms record requests in the owner inbox for manual review; they do not erase app database records automatically.
